The unit was clean and tidy. There were trolleys to load your possessions on to and there was a lift that would take your items to the level in which your storage unit was on. Fantastic storage unit in Ellerslie, close to the motorway, clean & safe. I had a great experience; Kelvin and team were very helpful in finding the right size unit, fair prices, great opening opening hours and super helpful with advice around moving and packing material. As a woman, I would like to point out that it is also safe and I felt totally fine bringing or picking up items myself. They have plenty lifting / moving equipment there to transport items from the car to the unit. Highly recommend!
